Park Reserve is currently moving by leaps and bounds right now. This week, 3 more units got sheet rocked, while the first model got painted and will be open by next weekend. Painting on the second model will begin next week and will hopefully be open by next week. We will have a total of 5 models open within 30 days. We also sold our first unit in this phase this week so we have 41 units left. The level of interest has been great since the first of the year; I’m getting phone calls daily now from people interested in living in this unique gated community. The 3rd & 4th floor will hit the market in the next 3-5 days; they have some incredible views of downtown Kansas City Missouri and Kansas City Kansas. Not only are the views great, but the 4th floor also has 13 foot ceilings.

Progress has been great this week, the electrical & plumbing are mostly completed on the first two floors. The HVAC units have been installed and so have the new windows. We should be ready for the new owners by mid-April
